Due to the customized, manual, and time-sensitive nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once service has begun.

We begin allocating resources and initiating outreach preparation immediately upon engagement. Therefore, once a project is in progress (including strategy, messaging setup, or any lead activation), all sales are final and non-refundable.
