Harborview Partners was born from a belief that business should be about more than just profit. After years of driving growth for large corporations, we chose a different path—one rooted in purpose. When we were told that our only job was to "make money for a private equity firm", we knew we needed to make a change.

Steve Tobey brings years of experience helping enterprise-level companies drive growth, but his true passion lies in making a difference for local businesses.

After leading successful go-to-market strategies in tech and innovation, Steve founded Harborview Partners to deliver the same level of insight and execution to small and mid-sized organizations—without the corporate red tape.

With a proven track record in sales, strategy, and client partnerships, Steve specializes in transforming dormant leads into active revenue opportunities. Steve is engaged to his wonderful Fiancé, Julia who he met during Covid. During his spare time Steve is either training as an endurance athlete or supporting local leadership initiatives.
